A Llamacita take on the classic Mexican chaser. Meant to be enjoyed on its own, over ice, or sipping next to your favorite tequila. Cheers!

Ingredients

  • 4 oz. lime juice

  • 8 oz. pineapple juice

  • 1 english cucumber- optional

  • 2 oz. Llamacita Yellow Sauce

  • 2 t sugar

  • pinch of salt

  • dash of dried chile powder- optional

Instructions

  • If using cucumber- peel, cut, and put in blender along with other ingredients. strain and store in bottle in the fridge.

  • if not using cuc- Mix all ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Either add ice and strain into small shot like glasses, or pour into a bottle and save in fridge for later.

  • Serve alongside your favorite tequila or add ice and top with sparkling water for a fun healthy drink. Cheers!
